My counsel would be to find a pro paint supply shop. The body shops use them all the time. They usually have a hand held unit, like a spectrometer, that takes a "pic" of the paint. That code is found on their computer in their shop to either a paint already matching...might be any car....or they will mix a spray can for you, probably 20-25$
Clean, scuff the area with a very fine wet/dry paper, mask the tire off, cover with news print, and then lightly spray the scuffed area. Built some light layers, let dry and then use some verrry fine steel wool to blend and hit again for top layer. One can always use a clear top coat in spray form, usually from same shop, and voila. You can tell it, if you take your time. Recco: you remove wheel and place on flat surface, or vertical braced firmly on a table. Allow some cure time before subjecting to moisture or rain. BUT it will solve your angst on the wheel and looks great.
