Have you removed them? When you do, take a look of the inside of the ring. My front wheels, yes, both, came loose when I thought they were properly torqued. I'm leaving off some details here, let's just say I drove pretty hard , and both wheels came loose after a short drive. When the spacers were removed, there were bite marks on the inside of both spacers. I believe the bite marks came from the hi centric rings biting into the spacers when torqued. I could be wrong, but I feel obligated to put this information out there.
