It's a different part. I almost made the same choice as you but luckily caught it in time. What you got is a port option. An alcantara trim which removes the dry carbon fiber which is what I did not want since I like the whole dry carbon look. On the performance parts section in BMW or iNd, this is a cf option that will replace the boot and dct handle while leaving the dry cf on the glovebox. You can order it but it is not a port option and that's why you car did not come with it
