The MP knob and boot specific for the ///M2 (ie blue stitching) are available to order through any dealer; it's about a three week wait. Not sure about the e-brake though. I was impatient and bought the MP knob and boot for the F22. They're available right now. It's the same knob and e-brake handle, you just have to separate the boots, as the MP boots for F22's have white stitching.

EDIT: hate to hijack the thread, but there's a sticky on the forum that lists ALL MP parts for the ///M2, with part numbers; I contacted my dealer, they could get the 6MT kit. It would come from Germany and take about three weeks.
