Porsche on the other hand, has continuously been making turbo charged engines for 4 decades.

I can't seem to find the post now, but Chris Harris, who loves Porsche, admits that the 911.2 Carreras was the worst transition from NA to FI compared to the M3/4 and 488.

Having said all that, I still would like to test drive these cars to get my personal opinion. Not that I ever need excuses to drive Porsches

After the 2002 tii .. then there indeed was a little car with a monster engine.that was used in F1 .. it was called the BMW 320 turbo

At the same time I know that there were some 7 series models street cars also..

BMW 7-Series (E23) had some turbo models 745 from 1979-1989 - Designer Paul Bracq


I am willing to bet there are more..
