After further review, I do not think this Bimmerfile information is correct.
For one thing, a while ago, Jason (our very own trusted, straight shooting, Jason) has said US production starts this coming November, claiming this is what shows up on US BMW dealers computers. He has not backed off that. As well he shouldn't since it's still showing up today. My money, if I had any to spare, is on Jason.
